Remanufacturing
Techmire offers a complete remanufacturing service that is flexible and tailored to individual customer requirements. Complete machines can be rebuilt, restoring them to their original or superior performance levels. Alternatively, key components, such as crosses and clamping (toggle) systems, can be remanufactured. Techmire will provide loan crosses where necessary.
For customers who prefer to carry out their own remanufacturing or upgrades, Techmire can provide parts kits (e.g., injection and function manifolds, complete with all valves), together with instructions to support the project. Techmire will send its technicians to customers’ sites to assist with the more complex elements of a remanufacturing project, such as rewiring and testing.
Re-sleeving of goosenecks is one of Techmire’s specialities, as they are thoroughly tested in-house before being returned to our customers. This ensures the highest product quality in the industry.
Techmire also rebuilds crosses and clamping systems for its larger machines.
