Techmire is introducing the LCX series of Multi-Slide, high-precision hot chamber die casting machines.

These machines are fully automatic and can be used for the die casting of zinc and lead alloys.

The LCX series comprises general-purpose machines that can readily maintain a clamping force of 22 Ton/20 metric Ton. Featuring a reinforcement ring and direct-acting locking cylinders, they provide higher clamping power and maintain pressure at the centre of the die halves, resulting in greater resistance to holding and sealing the mould at the parting line.

This is fully compatible with existing 44H or 44NT mould and shank designs.
