Techmire has developed a fully automated insert die-casting system that overmoulds wheel weights ranging from 5g to 60g by combining the proven performance of the NT series machines with an efficient clip-feeding system. The wheel weight series machines can produce up to 3,240 parts per hour and operate continuously for up to 36 hours on a single load of clips. This impressive productivity is achieved while maintaining a CPk greater than 1.33, with tolerances of ±0.28g for weight and ±0.1016 mm for clip gaps.
